the birth of you space

YOU SPACE Founder: Gracie

For as long as I can remember, I’ve thrived in high-performance environments - from elite-level dance studios to high-pressure professional spaces. I know what it means to push hard, keep moving and perform… all while trying to do so in every facet of life. But somewhere along the way, I lost touch with the quiet. The stillness. The parts of myself that weren’t tied to achievement.

Slowing down didn’t come naturally. Nor did it feel comfortable at first. But when I finally allowed space to pause, breathe, and reconnect - everything changed.

You Space was born from that shift. It’s a gentle rebellion against the idea that we must always be busy to be worthy. I created this space to remind women that taking time for yourself isn’t selfish or unproductive - it’s one of the most powerful, life-bettering things you can do. Not to mention the plethora of health benefits that follow!

Here, we prioritise rest, nourishment, and connection. It’s a space to soften, reflect, and just be. My hope is that every woman who walks through these doors feels seen, supported, and reminded of her own enough-ness - exactly as she is.

what to expect

Our You Space class is grounding, restorative, and gently transformative.

You know that feeling when you finally dedicate a night to yourself to take a slow bath, read a book and get into bed feeling clear and calm? Or when you’re on holidays and can finally lie down and relax? Finally feel that ‘ahhhhh’ exhale?

You Space is designed to be that feeling for you…every week. Our 1 weekly class is held at the same time, on the same day each week, so you don’t have to think about building sustainable self-care habits but instead have scheduled you-time. Time for you to charge the battery before it reaches empty. To build on your self-awareness and slow down for at least one moment each week, creating a positive ripple effect into your daily life.

With a familiar weekly flow, you’ll always know what to expect, while the gentle class focus shifts each week. Our small, intimate groups foster a warm, connected community where you feel seen and supported with a personal experience.

Each class leaves you feeling clear, inspired, and deeply refreshed - a feeling that becomes even more powerful when it’s part of your routine.

Our class runs at the same time, on the same day, every week - creating ease in your routine and making self-care an easy and rewarding non-negotiable in your week.
